We offer services that allow public and registered users to create content. Content might refer but is not limited to participation, submission in written form, uploads or similar.

Users have the option to create an account to unlock additional services and collaborate in groups. If you create an account you are responsible for the accurate and complete information required in the registration process. You must keep your account information up-to-date at any time. The security of the account is your responsibility. The right can not be transferred or shared with others. The maximum devices to be logged in to an account at the same time are 2 devices.

User accounts are non transferable. We preserve the right to terminated user accounts without notice if they violate our terms of service, do not contain accurate information or violate laws.

X4CC offers the option to create and collaborate in groups. The groups are created by an administrator. The administrator has the right to appoint other users with administrative rights. The administrator can create a group, modify, delete it and invite users to a group. The user which creates the group is the owner of the content which is generated in or for the group.

Group administrator are responsible for the group and its management. Other users who are invited to the group by you must be informed about the groups purpose and their permissions inside the group. You need to monitor the users actions and content creation and make sure it is in line with our terms of service and does not violate laws.

If you get transferred administrative power from another user over a group, you oblige the same conditions as a user who created a group.

Group users have the responsibility to understand the groups purpose and the permissions they have as a group user. You agree that other users which are in the same group will have access to your public account data (user name etc). The content you create belongs to the group and can be removed by the groups admin without any notification. The group administrator has the right to remove you from a group, limit or change your permission. Content and uploaded data might be visible to others inside the group and/or outside the group and for public users.

Content created and uploaded in a group is non transferable. We preserve the right to terminated groups, content or groups or group users without notice if they violate our terms of service, contain discriminating content or violate laws.

You hereby confirm that you have the permission of others to be invited to join our services or to become registered users, before you invite them.

The developer version gives selected users access to new features and provides the ability to perform tests and simulations.

Content provided, created and uploaded on the developer version might become inaccessible or inaccurate. The service might be down, unavailable, modified or interrupted.

Developer versions contain confidential sensitive information about our new developments. Users are only permitted to use those versions for testing, simulation and preparations. It is forbidden to share or publish information that reveal new features of our system to others.

Developer versions will not have the same level of security measures or audits as stable live versions.

Any type of modification done on the developer versions might be without any notification. If you are using the service of our developer version you agree with these conditions. The use of developer versions is at your own risk.

We offer services that allow public and registered users to generate content. Content can be created in written form or by uploading data. A content might contain text, links, images or other type of data.

Your content is your ownership and your responsibility. By generating content you confirm that you have the legal rights over this content. You can not generate content that violates the legal rights of others or is against the law.

Content generated inside a group will be accessible to other members inside the group and possible public users outside the group. This depends on the settings and applications in use. Only generate content in groups if you agree to those conditions.

Content that you make pubic accessible might be copied, viewed and stored by registration users, public users, or automated web scrollers. If you make content accessible to the public you automatically agree that your content will be used and copied by others. Before you make content public you need to consider those circumstances. You are responsible for your content and to secure that private content will not be shared public.

Content you generate can be actively or passively been stored on public or private blockchains. Because of the nature of blockchains and its decentralization aspect it is impossible to remove content on them. Therefore you agree that content you generate actively or passively can be send to public and private blockchains and will remain there without the possibility of change or removal.

You hereby grant us and others the right to use, process and modify the content you generate. We will host, display and contribute your content in terms of our services. Your content might be modified to adopt to our services functionality. We might use cloudfront or similar applications and services to deliver you content. This right over your content is free of charge and without restrictions. The right will end when you remove the content from our servers. If others are in use of the content on their accounts, the right ends when all those accounts have removed the content.

You agree that you are solely responsible and liable for the content you generate. The content you generate must be in compliance with local and international laws and regulations. You must have the appropriate rights for the content, which might include intellectual property rights or copy rights. Your content can not violate the rights of others, or discriminate them. The content you generate must be of true nature and can not contain inaccurate or false statements. We are not responsible and liable for your content

we reserve the right to review, refuse or remove content which is not in line with our terms of service, violates the rights or others or is in conflict with the law.

Any information provided by you to our customer service, representatives or similar channels in written or oral form about our system and services grants us with the irrevocable right to use this information as an royal-free, free of charge, transferable, worldwide, unlimited license to use this information and data in any commercial or non commercial way.

The use of our services and content generated must be in accordance with local and international laws. Your actions and content shell not be of any malicious nature or attempt. The rights and work of others must be respected. Our services can not be used for criminal actions, discrimination, scamming or similar.

Our services and systems are our property. You admit not to collect, copy or read code, structure, functions, features or ideas with the purpose of decoding, hacking, scrolling, modifying, reselling, lending to others.

The use of our services must be in line with the intended purpose of those services and should not be misused.

We are not a political discussion forum. Political ideas and concepts should not be postedor published. If you feel the need to do so please use other platforms to do so.

Trolling is an act of continuous manipulative disgrace of others. We distance ourselves from such behaviors.

We do not support any kind of threatening or violence against others.

Harassment and discrimination of any kind (sexual, racial, religious or similar) is forbidden on our platforms and services.

All users need to respect the privacy of other users and should not publish or collect private information of others without their consent.

Group owners and administrators are responsible to take care that their users keep in line with our service guidelines. Minors under the age of 13 should not be invited to groups or permitted access to them in any form. If you notice any malicious or improper behavior of others you must notify us immediately.

We do not allow technical methods on our services to mass collect data or find ways to automate processes by using scraping, spiders or similar approaches. Our services are for human us and not for machine use.

Most public accessible services are free of charge. Charges and fees can arise in different circumstances.

Our private accounts are free of charge and offer a limited service.

Groups accounts are charged services. The creation and management of group accounts has fees. The amount depends on the actual service and amount of services you use. For details on different service plans and payment methods please contact our consulting team.

Regardless of our service plans there can be blockchain charges for the use of public blockchains. Those charges will vary, are out of our control and are not included in any of our service plans. For details please feel free to contact us.

The service plans you book are not including future service updates. If we introduce new updated versions of our service or include new services additional service fees might arise.

The service plan you have booked keeps active till the end of the service plan period. It is a non refundable charge and can not be changed for credits or vouchers. To avoid an automatic renewal of the service plan you can cancel it before the end of the booked service plan. The cancellation needs take place at least 30 days before the service plan ends.

At the end of a period the service plan will automatically be renewed for the same period of time as the previous plan, based on the actual current rates, if it has not been canceled before.

Your account might be suspended if you breach our terms of services or if you or your account post an immediate thread to our system or to other users.

In case of payment delays or failure we reserve the right to pause or end your service plan immediate and without any further notice.

When you use our services we will collect data from you in accordance with local laws and regulations.

In order to make our services work and accessible, we will collect some personal information from you. The amount of information we collect depends on the service you use. It can include IP addresses, device information and session information but is not limited to those. The information we collect secures the proper operation of our services.

You have the right to terminate the terms with a 14 days prior notice. To do so you must send us an email from your registered account which includes information about the services you use.
